with layers of gracious green

satin silk of the resistant rose

ripples of grapefruit 

the withered white & soft

Dear Linda, Marianne, Shelda and Ericka, I am thrilled you have chosen to collaborate on publishing a beautiful chapbook. Because my focus is on detail and desire for connection, this collaboration is limited to four participants. If you don’t want to attend all the workshops, that’s fine. Come when you want.

I am embracing a Sensuous Poetry theme. However, if that’s not what you want to focus on, no problem.

We will have our first zoom meeting on Dec 4th or 5th 11am. I will focus on an overview of the curriculum and what the first things you need to do to prepeare your manuscript of publication. Let me know which day works best for you. I will focus on giving you an overview of what we will accomplish during the course and specific information regarding what you need to do to prepare your poetry for publication. If neither day works, no problem. We will find the perfect time.

You will have the month of December to mine old poetry for what you want to consider including. I encourage you to read Katerina’s book on publishing
